Indo178 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Agreement for All Malaysian Members

In this indo178 Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the specified number of times a member must wager the bonus or deposit amount before any withdrawal is permitted.
• "Sports Betting" covers all sports-related betting activity on the indo178 platform, including Malaysia Super League and EPL football, BWF badminton, IPL cricket, MPL Malaysia esports, and all other available sports.

To register and use the indo178 service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. Indo178 does not accept underage members under any circumstances.
• It is individual person and not a company, partnership, or any other business entity.
• Register an account in your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Has never been previously banned by indo178 for a terms violation.
• Legally capable of entering into this binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration and in the management of your indo178 account, the following rules apply:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. Your full name, phone number, and payment details must be your own.
• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. indo178 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Compromise Notification: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the indo178 support team immediately.
• Identity Verification (KYC): indo178 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID or passport) at any stage, particularly before processing withdrawals of RM 5,000 or more.

All financial transactions at indo178 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposit and withdrawal rules are as follows:

• All withdrawals will be processed to the payment method same used for the deposit, for anti-money laundering purposes.
• Indo178 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security review purposes for up to 3 business days. You will be notified by email or message if this occurs.
• Any attempt to transfer a balance using unauthorised methods or to a third party is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Indo178 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your financial service provider may apply their own charges.

Indo178 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to verify identity within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account closure requested by the member themselves.

When an account is closed at a member's request, all valid balances (after deducting any bonus that has not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member within 3 business days via the original payment method.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, indo178 reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including the original deposit amount if there is evidence of fraud — without any compensation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, indo178's liability is limited as follows:

• Indo178 is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party service provider issues, or force majeure events.
• Indo178 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, unless such losses are the direct result of indo178's own negligence or fraud.
• In any circumstance, indo178's total maximum liability to any member within a 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member during the same period.

Use of the indo178 platform is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for all betting decisions you make.

Indo178 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The amendment process is as follows:

• Material amendments (those that significantly affect member rights or obligations) will be communicated to members at least 7 days before taking effect, via email or an in-platform notification.
• Minor or technical amendments take effect immediately upon publication on indo178.ws/terms-conditions.
• Continued use of the indo178 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree with the amendments made, you have the right to close your account before they take effect, and any valid balance will be returned to you.

In the event of any conflict between the Malay-language version and any other language version (if applicable), the Malay-language version shall prevail for Malaysian members.
